SHIPPING, LEAD TIMES, AND CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT POLICY:

Please carefully review our Shipping, *Lead Times, and Customer Fulfillment Policy when purchasing our FaraSafe products. This Manufacturer’s Policy will apply to any order you place with us and is part of our Terms of Service.

*LEAD TIMES: Upon purchase of a FaraSafe enclosure(s), Production Lead Times can range from 4-8 weeks. When purchasing an enclosure(s), a Customer order will be placed in the Existing Order Sales Queue under a First Come, First Serve basis. If excess inventories beyond the Existing Order Sales Queue become available, Lead Times may be shorter.
SHIPPING, LEAD TIMES, AND CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT:

Product weight and dimensions will affect Shipping options, costs, and Shipping delivery times. Standard FedEx Ground is the most cost-effective method for shipping single FaraSafe Enclosures within the United States. For orders of two (2) or more enclosures, palletized shipping methods may be used and invoiced separately.

Production Line Status and Inventories (at the time of Customer order placement) will affect Customer Enclosure Fulfillment Lead Times.

Customer Enclosure Fulfillment: Upon Customer order, Customer’s paid invoice ensures Customer’s fulfillment to commence in sequence with Manufacturer’s Production Line Status and Inventories, Existing Order Sales Queue, and any Lead Times associated.

SafeState Defense Corp manufactures and distributes its FaraSafe enclosure from locations within the state of Florida. We ship our enclosures to both Domestic and International locations; however, the following shipping conditions (distance from Florida) and production line status may influence shipping costs and Customer Enclosure Fulfillment Lead-Times. Average Lead Times will range from 4-8 weeks.

Shipping Conditions: The FaraSafe enclosures have an individual shipping weight ranging from approximately 50-70 pounds. Geographical location and distance from Florida will have a direct impact on shipping costs and delivery times. Expedited shipping can be arranged, however, our standard shipping is FedEx Ground.

Lead-Times: From the time of Customer Order Placement to the time of Customer Enclosure Delivery and Fulfillment, the average Lead-Time can range from 6-8 weeks. Depending on current production line status and inventories at the time of Customer Order Placement (Customer Sales Queue), Customer Enclosure Delivery times may be shorter.
WHAT SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
Standard: FedEx Ground.

For single enclosure orders FedEx Ground shipping will be used and invoiced online.

Palletized Shipping:

For multiple enclosure orders going to the same destination, palletized shipping arrangements will be made with Customer and invoiced separately.

Customer Shipping Account:

Customers can request shipping via Customer's Shipping Account.
Expedited Shipping: Available at Customer request.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We prioritize US shipping, however, we offer international shipping to the countries approved under our Commodity classification of EAR99. Contact us directly for all international sales and delivery. Contact Sales@farasafe.com
*Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country of destination and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If the estimated delivery date is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
WHAT IF MY ENCLOSURE IS DAMAGED FROM SHIPPING?
Damaged Enclosures:

If your FaraSafe Enclosure is damaged during the shipping phase of your fulfilment, and by no fault of the Customer, please document damage with all required supporting information and contact Safestate Defense Corp immediately. Provided we are contacted within 30-days from a shipping event causing damage to enclosure(s), we will refund Customer or exchange unit, less shipping and handling, at the discretion of Safestate Defense Corp, and following an inspection of damaged enclosure and review of cause. Please send all claims for shipping damage within 30-days from shipping date to warranty@farasafe.com
If you receive a Damaged Enclosure: *Required Documentation and Supporting Information.
*Photograph or video the damaged shipping box and all visible damage to enclosure and enclosure packaging occurring as a result of improper shipping. Provide Safestate Defense Corp with all shipping documentation and photographs/videos for the related damage. Please send all claims for shipping damage within 30-days from shipping date to warranty@farasafe.com
QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS?
Safestate Defense Corp Return and Refund Policy:

During Lead Times, and prior to Customer Fulfillment (shipment to Customer), your order can be canceled for a full refund. Upon shipment to Customer, all FaraSafe Enclosure sales are Final. Refund, repair, or exchange for defective enclosures are guaranteed for life and covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
